You can register by clicking the "Get Started" button on the homepage. Choose a subscription plan (or start with the Free Trial), complete the registration form, and verify your email. Account authentication is handled securely via Keycloak.
The Free Trial gives you 7 days of full access to all Basic features at no cost and without requiring a credit card. You can search clinical trials, view hospitals and investigators, and read published articles during the trial period.
We offer four tiers: Free Trial (7-day trial with Basic features), Basic (full search and alerts), Advanced (exports, reports, and map view), and Professional (AI analysis, company data, articles publishing, and FHIR interoperability). Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing options are available with discounts for longer commitments.
Our platform uses a powerful search engine that allows you to quickly find clinical trials by filtering by therapeutic area, phase, location, status, and more. You can also use natural language queries. Advanced and Professional users can compare trials side-by-side and generate custom reports.
Ask the Evidence is a Consensus-style literature Q&A feature. You can ask natural language questions about clinical research and receive evidence-based answers sourced from published scientific literature.
Yes, you can save any search as a favorite and set up email alerts to be notified when new trials match your criteria. You can choose the frequency of alerts (daily, weekly, or monthly) to stay up to date with the latest research.
Advanced and Professional users can export search results in multiple formats including PDF, Excel, XML, and JSON. Exports are processed asynchronously, and you will be notified when they are ready for download from the "My Exports" section.
Yes, Professional users can create, edit, and publish scientific articles. Published articles are visible to all users in the Explore section and can include abstracts, keywords, and images.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and searches are always preserved regardless of your plan level.
You can cancel your subscription from the Subscription section in your account. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate at any time.
Absolutely. Orbitrial uses enterprise-grade security with Keycloak-based unified authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based access control. We comply with global data protection standards to ensure your research data remains confidential and secure.
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your card details are never stored on our servers.
