Four private biotech companies – Charm Therapeutics, CoRegen, Curtana Pharmaceuticals and Iksuda – are putting funds raised from venture financiers to use, moving to start first-in-human studies of pipeline projects. Iksuda already has two clinical-stage assets, but for the first three companies these are the first moves into human trials.
